Return and Refund Policy

 Customers who make purchases on our website are entitled to request a return and full refund within seven (7) calendar days after receiving the product, with no additional cost, provided the conditions below are met.

1. Refund Request

  • Requests must be sent exclusively via Elderon’s official email. Messages sent via social media or other unofficial channels will not be accepted.

  • The email must include:

    • Full name, purchase email, and order number;

    • Photos or videos of the product showing its condition.

2. Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged (no scratches, stains, or signs of use);

  • Used or damaged items, or those without original packaging, may be rejected and returned to the customer;

  • Items with manufacturing defects can be returned even without the original packaging, as long as the issue is documented.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected;

  • Credit card refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on the statement;

  • If approved, the refund will include the full product value and, if applicable, a proportional share of the shipping fee;

  • Elderon will cover return shipping costs for eligible returns.

4. Refund Denial

  • If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, or is outside the specified technical condition, no refund will be issued;

  • Returns made after the 7-day window will be considered invalid and will not be processed under the right of withdrawal.

5. Refund Types

  • Full refund: When the entire order is canceled within the legal timeframe or due to defects, wrong product, or any confirmed issue;

  • Partial refund: When only part of the order is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the value of the returned items and associated shipping costs.
